"Disarmingly good"

Known for being a comedy powerhouse with an electric stage presence, Helen is one of the UK’s most exciting rising stand up stars.

In August 2019, her debut show at the Edinburgh Festival beat out 700 other shows to be nominated for the Best Newcomer Award. In February 2020 she performed the show at the prestigious Soho Theatre in London.

TV appearances include Live At The Apollo (BBC2), Stand Up For Live Comedy: BBC Presents (BBC1 & 3), Edinburgh Nights (BBC2), Period Dramas (BBC3),  CelebAbility, The Stand Up Sketch Show, The Emily Attack Show and Hey Tracey (ITV2), The Dog Ate My Homework (CBBC), Pep Talk, Fat Chat and Comedy Central’s Digital Fringe (Comedy Central), CALM Gala and Hypothetical (Dave).

‘A personality that will fill a stadium. Mark my words, this girl will not be performing in small venues for much longer’

One of comedy’s most lively, loveable and dynamic performers, Rob won Channel 4’s Prestigious So You Think You’re Funny competition at the Edinburgh Festival in way back in 1998. He’s one of our best comic storytellers, has performed all over the world and works long form narratives into hard-hitting, uncompromising hilarious tales filled with warmth and a sense of compassion for our collective human frailties.

You may also recognise him from 8 out of 10 cats (Channel 4), The Friday Night Project (Channel4), Celebrity Juice (ITV), Dave’s One Night Stand (Dave), John Bishop’s Only Joking (ITV), Live at the Comedy Store (Comedy Cetral), maybe collecting one of his wife’s eBay purchases from your garage or perhaps seen him at one of his 8 Edinburgh fringe shows or 3 UK tours. So, come and see him do what he does best; honest, frank, seriously funny stand-up.

“He’s a man with genuinely funny bones”
